On Saturday, 20 September, Fontanals Golf Club hosted the Aston Martin Barcelona Tournament in Stableford format, with more than 50 participants registering to compete and enjoy a beautiful day accompanied by the incredible views of La Cerdanya.
The Aston Martin DBX707 and Aston Martin DB12 that we had on display during the tournament were the centre of attention for all the participants and their companions, who were able to admire two of our best sports cars, including, of course, the DBX707, given its versatility and space for transporting golf equipment.
Throughout the day, which was blessed with sunshine, the participants played all 18 holes of this prestigious golf course, whose location is simply perfect due to its terrain and the various lakes that make it the beautiful oasis that it is.
In the afternoon, the awards ceremony took place, led by our colleague Alba García, who represented Aston Martin Barcelona, the main sponsor of this tournament. The most eagerly awaited moment of the day was the raffle, in which, among other gifts, three caps signed by Aston Martin F1 driver Fernando Alonso were raffled off. Once again, Aston Martin Barcelona would like to thank each and every player for taking part in this tournament, which perfectly combined sport with motor racing and a passion for a brand like Aston Martin.
