Aston Martin celebrates 75 years in America

Aston Martin will celebrate its 75th anniversary in America with a prominent presence at Monterey Car Week 2025, where it will showcase its combination of high performance, handcrafted luxury and innovation. The brand has prepared a special programme to commemorate seven and a half decades on the continent and to present new products, unique pieces and exclusive experiences aimed at collectors, customers and enthusiasts.

At the heart of the celebration will be the Thrillseeker Collection, a limited series of three convertible sports cars developed by Q by Aston Martin, the company’s personalisation service. Unveiled at The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering, the collection takes its inspiration from the hues of Carmel Bay and the sensation of open-air driving. The series comprises a Vantage Roadster in Mako Blue, evoking the sunrise and sea mist; a DB12 Volante in Seychelles Blue, representing the energy of the afternoon sun; and a Vanquish Volante in Ultramarine Black, capturing the drama of sunset. Each model features bronze wheels and side detailing, a matching signature centre rotary knob and an exclusive bespoke luggage set. The Thrillseeker Collection is limited to nine units, already sold, with deliveries commencing in the fourth quarter of 2025.

In addition to the commemorative collection, Aston Martin will unveil the production version of the highly anticipated Valhalla in Monterey. Developed with input from Aston Martin Performance Technologies and Formula 1® engineering, the Valhalla combines performance-oriented methodologies and technologies with spectacular design and vibrant driving sensations. It marks several milestones for the brand: it is Aston Martin’s first series-produced mid-engine supercar, its first plug-in hybrid and the first production vehicle with dedicated electric range. The Valhalla will be on display at both The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering and the Pebble Beach Concept Car Lawn, signalling a key step from concept to production.

The House of Aston Martin will be the hospitality villa located next to the Spyglass Hill Golf Course in Pebble Beach. This exclusive space will serve as the venue for configuration and personalisation sessions for Valhalla and new generation sports car customers, and will host activations with whisky partner Glenfiddich. The villa will bring together executives, VIP guests and collectors for private evenings showcasing the Thrillseeker Collection, the Valhalla and recent models such as the DBX S and Vantage S, which revive the historic “S” performance designation.

Attendees will be able to participate in driving experiences departing from the Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley. The fleet available for test drives will range from the DBX707 and DB12 Super Tourer to the dynamic Vantage and the imposing V12 Vanquish, offering the opportunity to explore some of Northern California’s most attractive and scenic roads.

To round off the week, Aston Martin will invite its customers and partners to enjoy the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance from the Dawn Patrol to the Best in Show ceremony, providing privileged access to the world’s most prestigious concours d’elegance. The agenda combines public presentations and private experiences with the aim of celebrating Aston Martin’s heritage in America and strengthening its relationship with collectors and enthusiasts.

Jolyon Nash, Chief Commercial Officer at Aston Martin, said: “Monterey Car Week is the perfect setting to celebrate Aston Martin’s 75th anniversary in America. From bespoke creations such as the stunning Thrillseeker Collection to the presence of the Valhalla and the expansion of our sports car range, this week will showcase the best of our craftsmanship, performance and prestige to the world’s most influential enthusiasts and collectors.” Pride and passion.
