Aston Martin Barcelona – Test Drive S Range

Last week we held a test drive event for our customers, who had the opportunity to get behind the wheel of two of the brand’s latest models, the Aston Martin DB12 S and the Aston Martin Vantage Roadster S.

The starting point for this experience was Masia Can Ametller in Sant Cugat, where attendees spent the day viewing both sports cars on display before taking them for a test drive along a carefully selected route lasting approximately one hour. This allowed them to experience the full potential of these two Aston Martins and discover their dynamic qualities in various settings, including highways and motorways, as well as a winding mountain road.

Accompanied by our colleagues, they received guidance at all times to learn all the technical and commercial details of these two Aston Martins.

On one hand, the new DB12 S elevates the grand tourer concept with a more radical and sporty approach. Under the hood, it features a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, capable of delivering 700 hp and nearly 800 Nm of torque. Thanks to these figures, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and exceeds a top speed of 320 km/h. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, while rear-wheel drive delivers precise and exhilarating handling. In addition, Aston Martin has revised the adaptive suspension, electronic steering, and rear differential to improve agility and stability at high speeds. On the exterior, new aerodynamic elements, carbon fiber accents, and unique wheels stand out, while the interior combines luxury and technology with a large multimedia screen, premium materials, and a driver-focused design.

The Aston Martin Vantage Roadster S offers a unique driving experience that can be enjoyed with the top down, featuring a rigid fabric roof that opens and closes in under 7 seconds. It features the same engine as the DB12 S, but with 680 hp, while maintaining the same torque figure. Its chassis has been revised with new adjustments to the adaptive suspension and steering to offer a more direct and sporty response.

The interior exudes elegance, sportiness, and technology in equal measure, maintaining the same layout as the brand’s current lineup.

After test-driving both sports cars, our customers were impressed by the Vantage Roadster’s agility and driving dynamics, noting that it was a fun car ideal for winding roads or mountain routes, while those who test-drove the DB12 S praised it as a high-performance GT perfect for traveling while enjoying the comfort and essence of an Aston Martin.

Through this event, our customers had the opportunity to test drive two of the latest additions to the S range, which is also available for the Vanquish and the DBX.
